Aging: Aged in barriques until tirage in April
2023 Theo Dancer Bourgogne Aligote, Burgundy, France Domaine Felettig It started with a tinyDance's plot of Aligote it situated in Nantoux. Hand harvest, the wine is pressed and put directly into barrel. Once fermentation is complete it is unracked until winter. Then racked into stainless to settle before bottling.
