NAPA CHARD: Our buds at Les Lunes have gotten their hands on amazing fruit from Steve Matthiason’s organic vineyard

Aged in 4-8 year old 400L barrels

Planted by my grandfather in 1969 with low-yielding loose bunches type of Blaufrankisch coming from selection massale

This Nebbiolo comes from organically farmed vineyards in Montelupo Albese

with roughly 30% of the lot being whole cluster fermented
