The grapes are pressed to stainless steel tanks to complete fermentation and bottled after five months

They were making natural wine before people called it natural wine

It was then pressed directly into neutral French Oak barrels and aged for 18 months without racking or stirring before being racked to tank for bottling

Wine production has existed here since Roman times

2021 Domaine Pelle Menetou-Salon Morogues Blanc 'Le Carroir', Loire, France Piri Naturel Priorat DOCaLe Carroir is a 1. 25 hectare vineyard in the village of Morogues from massale selection plantings in 1976. It's is the only silex centric site in the Pelle lineup as kimmeridgian has a uniquely strong presence in the village of Morogues (relative to other Menetou Salon villages).
