2023 Clarisse de Suremain Chablis Burgundy, France Jean-Baptiste Hardy and 6’x5’Claire Suremaina rising Beaune based micro ngociantis expanding her range with a debut Chablis sourced from none other than Thomas Pico, one of the appellations most respected organic growers (and her former mentor). Fermented spontaneously and bottled with minimal sulfur, this wine offers a fresh, expressive take on Picos pristine fruit. More open knit and immediately charming than his own bottlings, it's a welcome and exciting new voice in Chablis.
