2021 Weingut Werlitsch 'Ex Vero I S', Sudsteiermark, Austria Franken Indigenous yeastA biodynamic blend of 90% Chardonnay (Morillon) and 10% Sauvignon Blanc from the lower slopes of Werlitschs Opok rich vineyards in Sdsteiermark. Fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in open oak vats, the wine aged 24 months in 3,000L oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur.
