Evocative Antique Tramp Art Frame with Worn Red Velvet rice bowl no notable stainsI find this very old tramp art frame super evocative, itself feeling like a story of grandness in decline and making me imagine it hanging on the plaster walls of some old Italian villa. The dark red velvet that once covered the framed panels is much worn or gone altogether, leaving the wood red stained in its wake, which I find really beautiful and the reverse side is quite a beautiful thing too. Great for a mirror or a small portrait or still life
